If we determine that an auction purchase is feasible based on your budget and specifications, we will undertake the auction purchase on your behalf.

If you can’t find the model and specifications you want in our stock, please take advantage of our auction service.

Auction Purchase Process The process up to the auction purchase is as follows:

1. We will ask for details about the model you want.
2. You will fill out a contract and pay a deposit according to the desired auction price (a deposit is required even if you wish to take out a loan).
3. Based on the information provided, we will search nationwide auctions for vehicles that match your desired specifications.
4. If we find a matching vehicle, we will contact you for final confirmation.
5. After the auction, if paying in cash, you will pay the remaining amount including the deposit (service fee + auction vehicle price + other costs from bidding to delivery). If you wish to take out a loan, you will apply for the loan.
6. Once payment is confirmed, you will prepare the necessary documents for the change of ownership, and we will handle the change of ownership. If you wish to have maintenance done, we can also provide this service at an additional cost (for customers with full loans, the deposit will be refunded after delivery).
7. Once the change of ownership and maintenance are complete, we will deliver the vehicle to you.

Points to Note for Auction Purchase Please note the following points regarding the auction purchase service:

1. Cancellation of a vehicle that has been bid on and won at auction is not allowed for any reason (if violated, the damage will be deducted from the deposit, and any shortfall will be billed separately).
2. As the change of ownership will be handled by us, you cannot change the ownership yourself.
3. As we are only acting as an auction agent, any defects in the vehicle purchased after final confirmation with the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Contact with the auction venue or the previous owner is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a penalty payment of 100,000 yen.
5. Bidding is generally based on the contents listed in the auction listing. It may not be possible to confirm all specifications.
6. Disclosure of the auction listing and other documents is strictly prohibited. Therefore, we do not disclose the auction listing for any reason.
7. If we determine that it is difficult to win the auction for the desired vehicle, or if we cannot contact the customer, we will cancel the contract.
8. After winning the auction, please promptly send payment and the documents required for the change of ownership (penalties will apply for delays).
